The Navcap Network is a career readiness accelerator and support group for Black & LatinX graduate students in college. Navcap was founded by Elissa Frazier, a graduate student and mid-career mom of four who knows first-hand the challenges that Black and Brown ambitious graduate students face when seeking career guidance, mentorship, and sponsorship. She created NAVCAP so that others will find success in the career they seek and have access to navigational career capital for greater impact, opportunity, and income after earning their degree.
This group was designed FOR us by US. It exists to educate, empower, recharge, refocus, and collectively embrace you while providing the tools to move you from aspiration to action in launching or pivoting your career. Join this online community to engage with other Black & LatinX graduate/undergraduate students across the country as individuals and as professionals. And since this community is not on social media, you can truly problem-solve and grow together. This is your space.
Thank you for joining the community, for running the marathon with us, and for investing in you. OUR success is OUR success.
