The Navcap Network is a career accelerator, mentorship hub, and support group for Black & LatinX graduate students in college. Navcap was founded by Elissa Frazier, a 14year educator, graduate student, and mid-career mom of four who knows first-hand the challenges that Black and Brown professionals face. She also recognizes that both mentorship and sponsorship are key to growing in any industry. She created NAVCAP so that others will have access to navigational career capital for greater impact, opportunity, and income after earning their degree.
This group was designed FOR us by US. It exists to educate, empower, recharge, refocus, and collectively embrace you while providing the tools to move you from aspiration to action in launching or pivoting your career. Join this online community for workshops, trainings, and to engage with other Black & LatinX graduate/undergraduate students across the country as individuals and as professionals. And since this community is not on social media, this is truly your space.
Thank you for joining the community, for running the marathon with us, and for investing in you. OUR success is OUR success.
